Mold and Termites are a very significant issues here in Southwest Florida and understanding the status of the property is imperative in making your final decision.  Radon is the number one killer from Lung disease beyond smoking and even exceeded second had smoke as the leading cause of lung cancer. Despite rumors to the contrary Radon exists here in Naples, Ft. Myers and Southwest Florida so why not be sure?
